Return Policy
Return Window: All print products are non returnable unless item is damaged or wrong.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
Return Process:
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Label the package with the provided return address.
Drop off the package at any authorized shipping center.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please follow the return process to request an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
