Richard graduated from The Second City Theater Training Center in Chicago. For 10 years, he was a motivational speaker for Operation Snowball, an anti-drug and alcohol program in Illinois. Currently, he teaches Essay Writing and Public Speaking for Xilin Association, as well as directs an after-school production of Seussical for American Eagle Productions.
