I hold a BS in Elementary Education, with an emphasis in Social Studies. As well as, an MA in Clinical Mental Health/Professional Counseling. My classrooms mainly served at-risk, low income, EBD, and trauma impacted students. The students' stories showcased their bravery, resiliency, and hope. I have a passion for empowering teachers to strategically and tangibly integrate SEL into the classroom.
